During your consultation call we'll discuss your business, your current bookkeeping system and processes, and of course your needs.  Outlining your expectations and goals is helpful when establishing our course of work.

Below are the 3 services offered to our clients:

MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING

Keeping your records updated on
a monthly basis is recommended
to ensure you know the current standing of your business. 
  • Subscription to QuickBooks Online and account set up
  • Subscription to Hubdoc (cloud-based document and receipt storage and sharing platform)
  • Recording and classifying bank/credit card transactions 
  • Reconciling all bank/credit card accounts to statement's month end balance
  • Video overview analyzing 3 financial statements 
  • Unlimited communication

ONE-TIME CLEAN-UP

Don't feel bad if you're books
aren't in good shape.  In order to untangle your messy books, the following areas will be evaluated:
  • ​The Balance Sheet will be reviewed to ensure retained earnings are accurate and fixed assets are entered correctly
  • Loans and interest are being booked approriately
  • All cash accounts are reconciled and match bank statements
  • The chart of accounts will be reviewed to ensure the right accounts are set up and being used properly going forward

ONE-TIME CATCH-UP

Catch-up is suggested when your books haven't been maintained for several months or even years. In order to bring you books current:
  • Historical documents will be requested (bank statements, credit card statements, loan documents, past tax returns, etc)
  • All cash accounts and credit cards will be synced to QuickBooks Online
  • Cash accounts will be reconciled monthly
  • Updated financial statements will be analyzed in a video overview

Monthly fees are unique to your business and service needs.  Pricing will depend on the number of

cash/credit card accounts, monthly transactions, loans, and other complexities associated with your books. You'll never be charged an hourly rate because you shouldn't fear being punished for communication.

The minimum starting price for monthly services is $250.00.  Pricing for Clean-up and Catch-up projects

depends on the number of months in need of attention.
